Frequently asked questions

WHY CHOOSE THE SAFEJETTER?
The self-contained design with onboard water and electric rewind makes it ideal for remote work and smaller vehicles, bringing pro-level functionality to compact setups.
What’s the difference between Class A and Class B systems?
The key difference between Class A and Class B high-pressure water jetting systems lies in their output power and certification requirements.

Class A systems (800–5600 bar-litres/min) are generally lower-powered and only require operator training, whereas Class B systems (over 5600 bar-litres/min) require formal certification from a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) due to their higher power and safety risks.

Class B operators must also undergo regular competency checks and refresher courses to ensure safe handling in high-stakes environments.
Why have onboard water storage?
Onboard water storage is essential for fieldwork, especially in remote or off-grid areas where water access can be limited or entirely unavailable. With a self-contained water supply, operators are fully prepared, allowing them to arrive on-site ready to work without needing to locate external water sources.

This setup maximises productivity by enabling continuous operation, reducing downtime, and enhancing flexibility—operators can handle unexpected tasks or extended projects without being constrained by local water availability.
Why so much storage?
Plumbing and jetting often require various tools and fittings, so ample storage ensures operators can carry everything they need in one go, increasing job efficiency and allowing for added services, like pipe repairs or nozzle replacements.
What Applications / industries can the SafeJetter be used?
The SafeJetter is ideal for a variety of industries and applications where reliable, high-pressure cleaning and jetting solutions are essential:

Plumbing and Drainage: Clearing sewer lines, stormwater systems, and blockages.
Municipal and Public Works: Maintaining stormwater drains, gutters, and infrastructure.
Construction and Civil Works: Site maintenance, equipment cleaning, and washdown.
Mining and Remote Operations: Pipeline maintenance and biosecurity, especially in areas lacking water access.
Agriculture: Cleaning irrigation systems, field equipment, and biosecurity between sites.

Its self-contained, portable design makes SafeJetter versatile for both urban and remote applications.
